i have an embarrassing thing happening to me. Exesessive perspiration. but the odd thing about it is tht its only in the winter months. im not fat so i dont have the issue with arm fat keeping air from getting to my arm pits. so i can only wear one color and thats black because its gotten bad. idk what to do. i would love to wear colorful clothing again instead of having drab black all of the time. HELPP!! please?

Here is what happened, i drove on a road that had a maximum speed limit of 60 km/h, i maintained a proper speed that was under 60 km/h and once i seen construction ahead i used my breaks to slow down. The brakes didnt complete the full stop for some reason, i had them to the floor and it was barely slowing down, i do not know why it did that but i ended up using my ebrake and the next thing you know i hit a construction cone and the cone ended up hitting another car. I was so stressed out and i ended up driving home with my e brake because my brakes wouldnt work. about 30 minutes later police showed up at my door saying i hit and ran, i wasnt aware of this until they came and told me because i guess the cone that i hit, hit another car which ended up being an accident ? and then it looked like i ran... So the cops wrote me a ticket for a court date and the person that got hit my the cone is making bull **** up that i was speeding cause my car is a civic that is tuned up. because of this i could be loosing my license for 6 months because im a newly licensed driver and the ticket got written up as careless and imprudent driving. They also mentioned i have to do my inspection for my brakes, and once i do that i gotta get the guy that done it for me to tell the cops what happened and why in order to keep my license. Now im worried because i dont know if anyone will do that for me because they might not have time for me, but please leave a comment

Work related stress...Need advice!?

I'm a 24 year old wife and mother of 2 toddlers (2 & 3). I have a really hectic life. I work, go to school and have a whole home and family to take care of. I do the best I can to make sure my family is happy. I attend school only 2 days a week but I work sometimes up to 6 days a week. I need the money so I try not to complain much but my job is really starting to stress me out to the point that I get extremely bad migraines and stomach pains whenever I have to work. A few times I've even had to leave work early because I could barely stand or focus on what I was supposed to be doing due to the pain. I work in retail so it can get pretty crazy dealing with rude customers on top of a having an a**hole of a boss. She constantly schedules me outside of my availability which I cut back to 9am-5pm on weekdays so that I'm able to pick my kids up from daycare on time as opposed to constantly begging my mom to get them. She still schedules me until 7pm and sometimes 8pm. I'm free 9am to 7pm on weekends but she keeps giving me closing shifts (4pm-10pm) and scheduling me every single weekend although I told her that I could only work every other weekend due to me having no1 to watch my kids every single weekend and she agreed to stop. I talked to her about this several times and she gets better for a while but she ALWAYS goes back to doing it again. I can't sleep at night and my husband has been complaining about how distant I've been acting toward him. I am not my happy old self anymore and it's starting to strain my marriage. I can't afford to quit because my husband and I need the money because he doesn't make enough money alone to take care of everything yet. I think maybe I just need some time off. Everyone including 2 of my supervisors told me to see if I could get a note from my doctor and try to get a little time off to relax. I'm not sure if this is a good enough reason for a doctor to grant me a note although I'm really stressed to the point that my hair is literally falling out every time I touch it and all I do when I'm not working (very rarely) is sleep and cry. Idk what to do anymore. Is it possible to get some sort of documentation from my doctor so that I'm able to get any type of time away from my job?

Caught severe flu (29DEC10) followed by pneumonia even after receiving flu vaccine several months earlier?

Over the winter break, I fell ill with the worst flu I ever experienced. I am a male, 41 yrs, excellent physical health who loves to run/exercise. The symptoms really kicked in after a hike along the beach with my kids during a warming trend in the winter weather out at Plum Island, MA (Wednesday, 29DEC2010). I must have had the flu "bug" in me before because I had lower back pain that persisted, but no fever or thought of it being the flu. Often, I do get lower back pain from tight muscles, but it usually goes away when I exercise (running, long walks, elliptical, etc); not this time. When we drove back to the house that evening, my lower back pain became severe and the only comfort was from sitting next to the wood stove in our living room to warm up my back. I continuously felt cold and was "out of it" with my whole body starting to feel numb. The following days my back pain expanded throughout my whole body starting as numbness to pain and severe migraine headaches; I walked very slowly. Couldn't make it out for New Year's celebration and went to bed early at 7 PM with chills and a hot water bottle to keep me warm. The moment I stepped out of bed to go the bathroom, I would get chills and have to jump back in bed or run a hot bath to keep me warm. I don't believe I was feverish during these times, because I felt cold to my wife and my temperature did drop a degree or two (96-98) instead of rise when I had the chills. And the hot baths helped sooth my sore body and stem the chills. However, at times I must have been feverish, because I would wake up in the middle of the night with my clothes drenched in perspiration to where I would have to change and sleep on the couch. On Friday and Saturday (31DEC10 to 01JAN11) I ended up lying on floor with a thick warm blanket watching TV feeling more like a corpse with a severe migraine and moving very little due to sore muscles. I took some Advil which made a huge difference and felt the pressure release from my headache. That Sunday I felt better and on Monday I felt good enough to go to work. However, I started getting a cough and it worsened by Thursday night to where I wasn't getting any sleep. By Friday night (07JAN11), I coughed all night long and did not sleep; fits of coughing every 5-15 minutes. Again, I wasn't feeling feverish, although I felt hot after coughing. Thought I was catching a cold from the kids. However, the stuff I was coughing up started as curd-like pea soup green sputum on Friday to more of a custard-like yellow whitish color by Saturday evening. Again, couldn't stop coughing all night long Saturday, and decided to go the hospital Sunday morning because it felt more than just a cold. I would've gone earlier but I really wasn't having a high fever but this was deeper down in the chest and it hurt. As it turned out, the Dr diagnosed me with "left pneumonia" after looking at the chest X-ray and he told me the green sputum was good and the yellow sputum was bad because the bacteria was causing tissue damage. Dr stated the pneumonia was probably the result of getting the flu earlier and placed me on bed-rest and antibiotics for a week (no inhaler). The only comfort I get at night is by keeping my body/chest elevated with a bunch of pillows. Instead of coughing every 5 minutes, I go through coughing fits every 15-30 minutes (coughing is important to clear the lungs of mucous/sputum). I actually slept an hour last night without going through a coughing fit (11JAN11) and I do feel I am getting better. My wife sleeps on the couch in the living room because there is no way she would get any sleep if she were to stay with me. However, I am disappointed with getting a flu vaccination that obviously did not help me. I have never experienced flu like this an never expected to get pneumonia. I have always felt myself to be a healthy guy but this flu and subsequent pneumonia hit me pretty hard and does to be a normal strain. Perhaps this was a more virulent strain of the flu that I caught. I have my doubts that I am the only one in New England who is going through this and I hope the state Health Dept and/or CDC is tracking this flu. This was more of a statement of what I experienced. Perhaps CDC will take notice if this is more than just a random event.

Hormone Imbalance in Teenage girl?

Hi, I'm 14 years old. I have a problem. I've noticed recently some excess hair that I know that I'm not supposed to have has been growing recently. Use your experience as an opportunity to learn to plan ahead next time. Seriously, it's ridiculous how many questions I see from kids saying "yeah, I need a magic solution to this by tomorrow, thanks." Sorry, but life doesn't work like that. There is sort of nothing you can do, kid. You're SOL. Learn from the experience that there isn't always some magic cure you can learn about the night before online and BAM you're saved, because in most situations, it isn't the case, and if there is a solution it takes preparation. What works for stains on white clothing?

I don't know where people get off thinking that every common suggestion you see online works. Non-chlorine bleach does NOT work on brand new mild dirt stains or old perspiration stains, and neither does baking soda, white vinegar, regular bleach, borax, dawn dish washing liquid, lemon juice, or ammonia. I have even tried mixing baking soda and ammonia, to no avail. It frustrates me that every who asks how to get stains out of white clothing always gets one of the above as a suggested solution. I washed my new white denim shorts with some white socks. The dirt from the socks transferred onto the shorts and when I took them out of the washer the dirt would NOT come out with any of the products I mentioned. Does anyone have any NEW ideas that they've tried and work FOR REAL?

Joining military to pay for college?

I'm looking into joining the military to pay for college. I used to be in AFROTC, but I quit because they said I wouldn't get a scholarship with there being too many people in the program. I thought I'd be a "minority" being a woman of Latin American heritage as a US Citizen... Anyways... So, I applied for an Army ROTC scholarship, but was not given one due to budget cuts in the US military as military scholarship availability were cut; I did qualify for a 4 year Army ROTC scholarship, though. I'm willing to do almost anything, even enlist... but I want to be able to continue my education continuously, without taking a significant amount of time (more than 3 months) off from college. I'm on the pre-med track, if that means anything... So.. what would be my best bet? My preference for military is: 1- Air Force, 2- Army, 3- Navy, 4- Coast Guard, 5- Marines.

Sweating when you speak?

I would stick to the daily deep breathing. Deep breathing and meditation are only now starting to be taken seriously by science. The findings are pretty amazing as far as the control it gives us over mental state and the positive effects it has on mental ability and physical wellbeing. the throttle body opens up fuel pressure is good, the belt that runs the alternator, compressor and the pulley's broken while the car was running it didn't brake all the way it was a little bit left on the pulley's, but i think some of that belt got onto or into the timing belt and may have caused timing belt to skip/jump some teeth and jump time a bit.

How to stop extreme perspiration?

Im 16 years old boy and i i tried almost every kind of deodorant to help with my perspiration problem, even when im not playing or moving alot and im just sitting i feel water running down my sides from my armpit and its leaving huge wet stains (not really stains) on my shirt at the armpit and i hate where light colors like yellow or blue because it shows all the wetness. I tried axe, oldspice, gillete clinical strength, and other deodorants meant to "stop perspiration". Warning lights covered with tapr. Peugeot 307?

I have just brought a peugeot 307. Everything seems fine with the car but we realised there is 3 warning lights covered with black tape. Nissan Maxima 1995 brake pad/caliper problem?

Ok the procedure is to place the hardware and pads into the torque menber that is bolted to the steering knuckle with the rotor on the front hub studs then drop the caliper over the pad torque member rotor and place the 14mm bolts into the caliper pins that were lightly greased inserted in the torque menber. The single piston pushes into the caliper almost flush. You can use a big C clamp or the largest Channel Lock Pliers to squeeze that piston all the way in. (when) pads are in place they are held in with the hardware 2 thin sheet metal spring things top and bottom edges of the torque member to pad.

I am a medical professional, and to me it only makes sense that the body fluids (excessive perspiration and breathing) from even one person would cause a lot of people to get sick. So, here is my dilemma. I found vinyassa hot yoga to be the best exercise routine that I have ever found. How to fix the middle armrest and glove compartment in a Chevy Malibu?

So when my husband buys a new car he'll be giving me his 1998 Chevy Malibu (um...yay?) It runs okay and I only really need it to make short runs to the store, laundromat, whatever. But I would like to spruce it up a little before I get it. Last year we had a break-in. There was nothing to take (NOT EVEN THE STEREO!) but the middle armrest/storage compartment was ripped off of its hinges and the handle to the glove compartment was broken off. The glove compartment isn't that big of a deal but the armrest is literally a hazard. If I brake too hard, it goes forward and throws the car into neutral. Can these things be fixed? And if so, how?

You can definitely write, so I applaud you for that. However, too much description and minuscule details get in the way. You don't have to do so much to describe the scene/setting...just tell the story. We don't have to know what EVERYTHING looked like, sounded like, felt like...to imagine we're there. I'm in love with a boy who is in a relationship with someone else. When we first met he disliked the relationship he was in with that person and spent a lot of time developing our relationship because he was planning to brake up with that person. He still loved them though, so when that person found out about us they forced him to make a decision as to who he would be with and his decision was that he would try to work out the issues with the other person and spend more time getting to know me. We continued to talk about how our live together would be like in the future - because at that point I was waiting for him, waiting for their relationship to end so that we could be happy together. But over time I started realizing that they weren't going to break up. I tried to get away from him and move on, but he keeps me in. He tells me that he still loves me, but I am hurting. I am extremely jealous of the other person because they most all of his affection. I know they have mistreated him in the past and I don't want them to hurt him again. Our relationship went from being very flirty and loving to being more of a very very close friendship because of the other person...I can't wait for him forever like this, it's tearing me apart inside and is effecting me in a depressive way. But I love him so much that I'm willing to wait for him but I'm hurting so much...I just don't know what I should do.

I'm in college and have an interview for a minimum wage job next week. I would start almost immediately if all goes well. One thing I'm afraid would keep me from getting the job is that I need 10 days off in August for vacation with my family, and it is right before our fall semester of college starts. Should I be upfront and tell the interviewing manager this or should I keep hush until I get the job. When I worked previously in this area, managers were very understanding and worked well with schedules since it was a college town, but I don't know about this company. Sounds really good!!! The only thing I would change would be the beginning sentences. The paragraph has tons of detail except the first two sentences. I would start off with what it sounded like when the rain stopped hitting your hood, or the feeling of the hood as you pulled it down. Use all the senses (sight, smell, taste, touch, hearing, or even thought), not just seeing and feeling. Hope that helps :).

Should I Get Some Brand New Tires For My Car?

I just bought some used tires last month. I replaced all four because they were all worn down. I don't have much money so i bought some used tires at a used tire shop. I can't afford the ones from the store for $60 each plus installation I got these tires for $20 each. The type of tires i got were kind of smooth. Maybe too smooth. They other day i stepped on the gas and the tires kind of skidded a little bit. And yesterday it was raining and it was slippery and i could feel the car kind of skidding a little bit. Perspiration problem?

It can be 30 degrees out side, and my underarms will still sweat. I am using an anti-perspiration deodorant, and have tried over 5 and none of them get the job done. I did a little bit of research and it appears I have an overactive sympathetic nervous system caused by the amount of anxiety I have. Whats going on with my van?

I got a 2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3L 148K mi. I have a few electrical probs. This morning I went to start it and It was completely dead, no electrical power whatsoever on the van. i take my key out of the ignition and im hearing a weird humming, crackling sound that only stops when my foot gets on the brake. i turn the key back and forth from lock to start; NOTHING. Batt terminals are clean and tight. two min pass and my dome light comes on. WTF? i try key again and the electricity disappers again. arrrrrrghh. after 4 episodes of this, it starts with no issue and hasnt acted up since. Blackberry Phones ... UK Question.?

My phone is on Orange network, and T-mobile signal comes up sometimes on the screen too. Both of them have been merged purposely to try and create the largest mobile phone company in the UK. I don't have a blackberry however, but my other friends do and they are on 02, and have no problem with signal, and i have problem with signal also with being on orange/t-mobile, and my phone is an LG cookie. I would suggest changing networks, Orange and T-mobile are rubbish at the moment.

If you don't have good seal on the cap of the reservoir, the moisture in the air will get into the fluid and cause brakes to be ineffective when braking. The only time you need to change fluid often is when you are racing. When racing at high speed and hit brake hard, the fluid will get hot. When it get hot with moisture in the fluid, the moisture becomes steam. Remember, air can compress and fluid cannot. When steam in the system, during braking, the pedal will travel all the way in because it compresses. If you are not racing, don't worry about it. If you are concerned, use a syringe and suck the oil fluid out in the reservoir (draw half of the fluid out of the reservoir and fill it up and do it a second time). After you do the second time, Open rear bleeder screws and let it drains out until see clear fluid(don't hit the brake paddle- let gravity do it thing- same for bleeding the brakes). Don't let the reservoir go down half way before fill it. Do the same for the front.

Well it makes researching things a lot easier. I think the spread of info is so much quicker now, but you have to remember that bad info is included. I think that the internet (along with 24 hour cartoon/kids programming and video games) has led to a severe decrease in the amount of imagination a lot of kids have. I tell my kids to go outside and play and they are many times clueless as to what one would do outside. My fault I guess for letting them do so many electronic things. I feel sort of torn on the internet. On one hand, it is extremely useful, but there are so many bad things about it ( porn, exploitation, etc) that I guess it really is a toss up. Brake pads and rotors never stopped squealing.?

Its been a year since I had new brake pads and rotors put on my Envoy, They never stopped squealing since the day they put them on. Took it back to the shop about 4 times and all they could do was quiet them for about a day or two. they are actually quiet for the first few hours of the day and get noisier as the day goes on. Now I absolutly cannot stand it anymore and am taking it to a new shop. What should I have them do?, I dont want to have new pads put on and that not be the problem,I was going to get a free brake inspection from Midas but the guy wanted to hose me the last time I went I dont feel like I can trust him.

The writing isn't bad but no boxer would hammer his sparring partner to the extent you have described and certainly not in a gym. If he did that then sparring partners would disappear and he would get an unwanted reputation. Secondly sparring partners would not be forty one years old. Change those things and you have a good story. It flows well and it has a certain style that is readable. Good luck with the story.

Can someone who knows about motorcycle jackets help me out a bit?

I don't know about those specific jackets, but I was recently shopping for my own jacket. I looked at both brands. Scorpion wasn't as nicely but together as the SS but it was a lot cheaper. The SS was a lot more expensive, but it had more features and the leather felt softer and thicker. Everything was put together with attention to detail that you rarely see in anything other than custom stuff from places like Vanson. They probably all give similar levels of protection if they have approved back and elbow armor, so my main motivation is finding one that fits perfectly and makes you want to put it on every time you ride.

Brakes not working right on 1988 Chevy pickup?

I bought the truck from a tire dealer who claims he put $150 into the brakes but when you go to stop it is like when your master cylinder is going out or like you brake pads are wearing out. Honestly no, this reading seems to go into too much detail and starts way too soon if I were editing this I would start at the beginning of the third paragraph where the mother says “Andrew McCoy, you quit looking at the sun unless you want to go blind!" all the information the reader requires is in the following paragraphs. You should try to write more in the present tense as this will draw in the reader and try not to so fervently describe the scene as this will allow the reader the option to imagine their own scenery and in a small way make the story their own which readers tend to enjoy. You should also have more interactions between the characters as this helps to add dept to each of the characters and allows the reader to relate better to them in a way that recalling thoughts might not be able to do. One last note you may want to consider writing this as a first person novel as it will help to draw the reader into the story much fast than the perspective that is given now. As a side note this really seems to have great potential I suppose I might be a bit overly critical as I have worked with a few publisher in the past and know what they like, believe me you would be surprised at some of the first drafts of books that later ended up on the New York best seller list so keep on writing and you never know you might be the next Joyce Carol Oates.

Through my first 3 years I have taken mostly all honors and AP classes, accumulating 7 APs over the past 2 years and possibly adding 6 more next year. I am ranked in the top 15% of my class of over 550. I play both baseball and soccer for my high school at the varsity level and have received academic all-conference for both. I also play for the CASL soccer league at the classic level. I have been a member of my youth group which focuses on community service and volunteering for 6 years, the last 2 as a committee/board member. Volunteered at a hospital last summer, accumulating between 30-40 hours there. Combining my hours from volunteering through my youth group and the hospital I have around 150 total hours. I have been a NC house of representatives page. Worked for the USA Baseball national training complex. Programmed and maintained a employee scheduling program for a hotel in the state. Work at a hotel as front desk staff, as well as been an assistant for a professional photographer. My SAT score was fairly low but I took it again and have not received my score back yet, I am shooting for about 1900 at least. I received my first C ever in my AP English class this year as a junior. I also have a sibling that is now an alum of the university if that helps. If I achieve above a 1900 on my SAT, maintain my normal A/B grades during senior year, write a good essay which is checked over and edited by multiple teachers, and apply with the UNC-CH early application availability, do I have a fairly strong chance of being accepted into the university?

Is it a driving safety hazard to drive with warped brake rotors?

I have a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt LS Sedan with 93,000 miles. When I drive down a steep hill and press on the brakes, the steering wheel shakes and I can hear it,and when I drive fast on the highway the steering shakes but not as much as driving down a hill without pressing the brakes. I called the mechanic and he said it is warped brake rotors. I had my rotors changed in April 2011 and this problem has been happening for over a year. I am scheduled to see the front end mechanic to see if that is the problem and I may just get my rotors replaced or fixed. Your thoughts? The Mechanic said I should get with the last mechanic whom changed my brake rotors, but I will see when I get my cars front end checked and he said it's not an alignment problem, but a brake rotor problem? How much are titanium brake rotors?

Mini Cooper 2007 handbrake problem?

I recently bought a 2007 cooper and am experiencing a strange problem. if the engine is off and i put down the handbrake, the handbrake bulb goes off. But if the car is on ignition or started, and i put down the handbrake, the bulb remains on. Even whilst im driving and the handbrake is down, the bulb remains on. Does this have something to do with the fact that the brake pads have recently been replaced? i dont know if i had the problem before the pads were changed because i bought the car just after the dealer decided to change the brake pads.

I worked on one like that before and it was driving the owner nut's,I pulled the drivers side hub off and it was egg shaped believe it or not I installed a new one and vibration and all went away.How the hub wore that way no one has ever been able to answer that question.

Buying a motorcycle is a lot like buying clothes. You really need to try them on for a good fit. Those bikes should be adequate in terms of size, you are 'tallish' but you aren't all THAT tall for a modern American, but there are all sorts of little things the designer did that you might find comfortable or not. You really need to at least sit on one, a test ride would be better.

After learning a little about eating disorders, I learned that high school wrestlers will constantly spit to lose their water weight, but then I started to think. Fat is made up of oxygen, carbon, and water right? So would your body break down the fat you store into water for you to cool yourself through perspiration and deposit the carbon as waste? After all a camel's hump is fat and they can go a while without water so I'm wondering if this would work for humans, not like it's a good idea.

I started my period when I was 10. I got normal puberty hair growth,sex drive, perspiration, and crazy emotions. What I seemed to be lacking is breast. What do you mean by adjustment? If you are talking about installing new brake shoes for the drum brakes and need to adjust them. You just drive in reverse and hit the brakes, do it a few times and it should adjust it.

Am i going to get my boss in trouble?
