Perspiration problem?

It can be 30 degrees out side, and my underarms will still sweat. I am using an anti-perspiration deodorant, and have tried over 5 and none of them get the job done. I did a little bit of research and it appears I have an overactive sympathetic nervous system caused by the amount of anxiety I have. If I were to take anxiety medicine like Xanax, would it help at all?
