What do I need to do to get a old car runnung again? (13 years without start)?

here is what I know. its a 68 firebird. was in perfect running condition when last started. I know the gas tank is empty. what should I check before I take it out on the streets? oil, ac fluid, brake fluid, any advice would be appreciated!
