My bf broke up with me today i havent really got close friends and im stuck in a apartment by myseslf?

we have been together for 4 years. im shocked of the brake up and cant think staright with what im gonna do next. i dont have many friends so i got no one to talk too. his packed up and left me in our apartment. i hate being alone and dont know if i can afford living by my self. this aparment is too small to share and i dont know if i should stay or go live with my parents. i want to move on. but i dont know how to deal with this brake up considering its my first brake up and i cant sleep, eat or think straight. someone help me.
