Hormone Imbalance in Teenage girl?

Hi, I'm 14 years old. I have a problem. I've noticed recently some excess hair that I know that I'm not supposed to have has been growing recently. I mean noticable moustache, chin hair, cheek hair, hair in between breasts and slightly on upper chest. Also there is an extreme happy trail which starts where my breasts are and ends near my pubic area. All this stuff is for guys, and I'm not being hyperactive, because it's ACTUALLY noticable. I suffer from slight acne too and over-perspiration no matter how many showers I take. Is this a hormone imbalance problem, and what should i do about it?
