What to put for availability?

i am currently only working weekends and am looking for a new job because i cannot get anymore hours where i currently am. I will be finishing school in 2 weeks and would like to save some money to move out this year. should i include weekends in my availability for working and how long should i say that i am able to start because i can and would like to start immediately on weekdays then go for weekends after leaving my current place of employment.
