Best country to live in for a small family?

San Diego, CA ...Even though it's not a country I'd recommend it because it's a family friendly place with lots of things to do, siteseeing, lot's of gorgeous scenery, easy n convenient to get around because most areas have buses and u can take the trolley around San Diego, there's great food, beautiful beaches, nice, friendly people, the weather is perfect mostly all year round with sunny weather but no clouds, it's diverse and people will accept you for who u are here.
