I have thin greasy hair and in summer perspiraton problem is too much in my hair please help me?

i live in pakistan, my hair is very very thin and oily, i am using penten shampoo but in no vain. in summer season most perspiration problem is there with my hair . please help me how can i get more thick and bouncing hair.
