What will I do if the interviewer did not call for a scheduled phone interview?

I got an email from a certain U.S. private company asking for my availability for a phone interview. I'm staying in the Philippines so I replied that I'll be available for a certain date EST. Since Philippines is 12 hours advance from U.S. I waited until 12 in the midnight (equivalent to 12 pm EST) but to no avail. What will I do?
