An animated short film about inspiration and perspiration.?

Years ago I saw an animated short about a scientist with fire for hair and a fat engineer. These two were the embodiment of inspiration and perspiration. It's been a long time since I sw this thing and I cannot remember what it was called. Can anyone help me out?
