How to make it sounds better in a job application?

I am filling out a job application online. They are asking about my availability. I marked that I can work any day anytime and that I want part time. They are asking to be specific about my scheduling. They are asking if I am looking for seasonal too. The truth is I'm in summer vacation from college and I have worked terribly hard this past semester. I want to find a job that still let's me live a little. I'm in need of cash to pay for college so it's important that I make money for this upcoming semester. I know that if I put that I can only work over the summer my chances of getting the job aren't that great. I've had two past jobs where I have asked to be part-time and they gave me full-time it was really hard for me to balance both full time student and full time employee. My grades were being affected and so I had to leave my last jobs for that reason.. I don't want the same thing to happen with this one if I do decide to stay there when I go back to school. I would wish for them to work around my school schedule when I got back that it the only way I would keep working there..Please help I don't know how to make sense of this
