I am 6'2". I really like the Kawasaki Er-6n and Suzuki SV650. How well will I fit?

Buying a motorcycle is a lot like buying clothes. You really need to try them on for a good fit. Those bikes should be adequate in terms of size, you are 'tallish' but you aren't all THAT tall for a modern American, but there are all sorts of little things the designer did that you might find comfortable or not. You really need to at least sit on one, a test ride would be better.
