If success is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration, how come that.....?

Success is not just working hard, but smart. Success is having the awareness to take advantage of opportunity and continue educational things. Yes, there are a lot of people who work hard, who should be given more credit, who should make more, but they simply do not have the drive to fully succeed because they have more important things to do like provide for a family.
