Xbox 360/PS3 question?

I get what you are saying man, but both consoles have different games and not everybody can afford to have 2 consoles. Well most of the really popular games come to all 3 systems the Wii, 360, and PS3 but I see what you mean about exclusives being called exclusives for a reason. Shouldn't there be some kind of legal issues with that? If Twisted Metal went to xbox 360 I would dispose of my ps3. I am already mad about the trophies I thought it was cool without trophies and now they want to make it like xbox achievements the trophies are honestly pure fail I hate them.
