Bittorent Red arrow in download?

Im running Bit Torrent and In try to Download an Torrent that contains and ISO, And to the left of the download name there's a red arrow Pointing downwards, and the progress dosent seem to be coming smooth....Its Been there for 5 mins and 0.0% is done...and it also says 0.000 availability, what does this ominous red arrow mean and how can I speed this up?
